All international shipments are made via FedEx Couriers and domestic shipments via Pafex (a Unit of FedEx Couriers) and DTDC Couriers. Customs and Other Taxes payable will be the sole liability of the Buyer. Sellers will not be responsible for the same. Sellers will ensure highest standards of Packaging to avoid any damages caused. In international Shipping the Damages ,if any, will be duly compensated by the FedEx as per the FedEx policy.

In case of any discrepancy in the ordered and shipped product Sellers will have the Responsibility to Replace the Product. In case refunds are demanded by the Buyer, the same will be executed after deducting the shipping, handling expenses, Lab Test expenses (in case of Rudrakshas, Gemstones etc). This deduction will under no circumstances be more than 45% of the Total Payment paid initially.
